History is in the making for Malaysia’s badminton. They were certainly not among the medal hopes of the Olympic Council of Malaysia when they announced their medals target.
Azizulhasni Awang also makes history by becoming the first national cyclist to win an Olympic medal with a bronze win in keirin.
