If continue like this…Marcus is not leading us…we are just doing routine and unnecessary work…we must grow, we must move forward, we must continue to learn & improve…we must add value, we must drive the business, we must lead, we must contribute…then, baru ada job satisfaction, fulfillment and significant mah…and I need the extra push...hahaha...
Sometimes, Uncle Andy’s thinking is also not wrong…I think the both of us need to team up to brainwash Marcus…I don’t know what will be Uncle Andy’s hidden agenda but mine is all of the above…it’s not even monetary leh…hahaha…
