It was my idea…hmm…but why didn’t Marcus thought about it…Marcus is kind of smart too…during our S&M meeting…we will actually run through the Ready To Sell list first (from the Supply Chain Department)…then only do the Press Ad Review for the coming weekend and the following weekend…since there are so many complaints from The Merchants & The Ops that the stock availability is not sufficient…so, I suggested that we do the Press Ad Review first; identify what are the 4 Hero items and 2 Sub Hero items…thereafter only run through the Ready To Sell list…making sure that there is enough stocks to cover…and everyone is in the loop…and no playing the blaming game, no pointing fingers and on Monday…during the Store Council Meeting…Ops cannot use the reason of out of stock…
