Hahaha…Mr. Horton’s Secretary must be wondering what is this all about. This email got cc her & Samuel. What happen was…there was another correspondence below the email…between Sörenstam & Christopher…during the festive period…G13 together with the selected Banks got run promotion of Spin & Win and Cash Back. The day before…I mention to Marcus…comparing to our competitors…during the festive period…our competitors will have a main theme to anchor the event…then along the coming weeks…they will use one promotion mechanics or highlight a particular brand or flag out a particular category to drive their trade for that week…which is a gap for G13…where we don't have anything at all to create customer in-store excitement...then, I also notice that G13 Bank Promotions is only limited to those card holders only, while our competitors voucher redemption is simple, direct and convenient…hassle free…so coincidence that Marcus & I were talking about it and now Sörenstam wants a review lor…
