Sigh…I am really not doing Trade Planning work…and I come to accept that Trade Planning only need 1 Marcus and 3 executives…just run the reports…do the Ops Portal communication…do the Daily Store Communication…do the Promo Space Communication…all the compilation, coordination work lor… Marcus protects us, is very defensive of us…and to justify the headcounts of having 3 managers; Marcus voluntarily takes up more workload which is more skew to administration work and not the planning, organizing, decision-making work…sigh…
