Firstly; please appoint someone…it looks like Marcus do not want to offend either one of us…so, make it open…but it’s not healthy for us too because the 3 of us don’t want to offend each other and don’t want to be seen as being ambitious and fighting for territories…so it will be better & wiser for Marcus to decide because we won’t blame the boss…let Marcus to decide who is the next proxy…unfortunately Marcus did not want to make that decision…you already know that, there is no more business banner to govern us, everyone is the same…so rotate the 3 of us in leading the S&M meeting, the floor walk and the press ad review…ok, maybe there are pros & cons…but otherwise, someone will be overloaded and someone will be underutilized…
Of course in the end, Marcus have selected Mr. Horton's Secretary...nonetheless, Marcus still come in and lead the review…Mr. Horton’s Secretary tak jadi to lead…hahaha…
