Today, Mr. Horton's Secretary asked me...whether has Marcus delegate out any work yet...as far as I know, Samuel got work already lar...that Upscale portion have been delegated out...the rest not yet lah...hahaha...I think this Mr. Horton's Secretary is aiming for work...with Marcus, you have to volunteer...that will indicates to Marcus your level of comfort...I am keeping a low profile at the moment, I also want to see how Marcus delegate out...Marcus know how to delegate or not...Marcus dare to delegate or not...and to see how fair Marcus is...hahaha...
