I also find Samuel very kesian at times...what happen was, SW sent an email to Marcus; cc me & Mr. Horton's Secretary but the right project owner is Samuel...SW didn't see Samuel...and when this Marcus reply balik the email...also didn't put Samuel in the loop...what the...adoi...
