What happen was...Erin's claim came in, into my inbox...so I ask Erin what is this...so, rupa-rupanya...Marcus have appointed me to approve claims on Marcus's behalf...I am the Delegator...hahaha...Marcus didn't inform me about this leh when Marcus went on leave...hahaha, I keep quiet about this...no need to shout out...
