Stewart is right…Harriet is indeed very particular about the job title.
Harriet mentions to me that the both of us are Senior Category Manager.
Of course, I don’t know how much Harriet’s salary is lah.

But then in the email…Harriet may be a Senior Category Manager…but Harriet’s band width indicator is Sales Manager.
I am also a Senior Category Manager but my band width indicator is Division Manager.

Captain Johnson & Stewart feel that maybe…just maybe that this Harriet will bite Jonas one day. Hahaha…since Harriet is so vocal, outspoken & aggressive. But somehow Stewart feels that Harriet capability is not there yet lah. See how first lah ya…maybe for the first year, Harriet will still respect Jonas, maybe only in the second year things will change. Stewart has also brief Harriet on what Harriet needs to do to fix the Stationery Department. See whether this Harriet can execute it or not. Then, Stewart wants Jonas to spend more time to fix the Toys category.
