So many times we find ourselves thinking if something isn't happening for us, then it's not working.
All we can do is trust that life unravels as it is meant to.
So in the meantime, start saying Yes, follow your heart, take that risk and let go.
Life is supposed to be good for you.
Embrace the mess.
It means you have goals, standards and a mission.
You're on the pursuit of greatness.
Say NO to things and people that inhibit growth, that's self-respect.
Say NO a little more often.
Maybe you want to learn how to play the guitar or start your own business or write a book. Or maybe you've thought about starting a blog or taking a yoga class or starting to exercise daily.
If so, what are you waiting for?
If you continue to put it off until tomorrow, tomorrow will never come.
So, instead when would today be a good day to get started?
To dare greatly is to have the courage to be vulnerable, to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need, to talk about how you're feeling, to have hard conversations.
The time is now.
Tomorrow isn't promised and you own it to your soul to reach for the stars.
You can drop everything and go anywhere.
Have faith and a little courage to let go and start living.
Stop telling yourself - one day i am going to...
Why not make it Day 1 of working towards that goal?
You can take as many days as you need to reach that goal, but start today.
Take one step towards achieving that goal every single day.
No matter how big or small that step may be, the important thing is to always keep moving forward.
Get your eyes set on your vision and don't let anything stand in the way.
But how strong does it make us look when we choose it when life blows?
Even when you feel like you may have to fake it for a little while, choose it.
When others think it's impossible for you to choose it, choose it harder.
The world needs more JOY and it starts with us individually.
Be the example.
Keep your attention in present time.
Have no expectations.
Make no judgements.
Lastly, give up the need to know why things happen as they do.
Everything happens for a reason, no matter what that reason may be.
Stay positive and never give up in what you believe in.
Choose to compete all day, everyday, in every aspect of your life.
Growth cannot occur without pushing yourself outside your comfort zone.
You may stumble as you push yourself, but it's never a reason to quit.
Find a way to challenge yourself today.
Everyday is a new opportunity to grow.
Adjust your attitude and all that extra stress is gone.
We are given a life.

Compare the lists.
Adjust accordingly.
Make the most of your 24 hours.
