You are not qualified
Tak boleh diselamatkan
These are the words that Celtic will use on Wayne…I coin it as emotional bullying and Wayne is just too nice to play along with it…I hope with my pending departure and after my leaving…I know that Celtic will have abundance of stress…I hope that Wayne will not kena so teruk-teruk from Celtic…yes, when we made a mistake at work…Celtic have the right to scold us…but certainly no obligation to disgrace us like that…

Tell your boss first
Fight the temptation to drop hints around the office, even if your colleagues are on a different floor or department. Your boss should be the first person you tell – it’s the respectful thing to do, and you don't want your boss to hear gossip about your resignation.
Don’t slack off
You might feel tempted to slack off during your notice period. You don’t see the need to impress your boss anymore, or even follow the rules. To avoid leaving a bitter taste, use your remaining time to finish the projects you’re working on. Work with your manager to discuss easing your workload and handover procedures to ensure a smooth transition.
Once you’ve told your colleagues that you’re leaving, you may be tempted to rant about all the things about the office that you can’t stand. When people ask why you’re leaving, stay professional in your answers. Save the ranting for close friends and family who are willing to listen and won't judge.
Help look for or train the replacement
The hiring process can be tedious and exhausting, so offering to find a replacement and train them will help you win points with your manager and your colleagues. Since you've been in the job yourself, you'll know the type of candidate to look for and have a higher chance of finding the right person for the job.
Say thank you
No matter what your experience has been, thank everyone you’ve enjoyed working with at the company. Write them an email, or leave them handwritten notes for a personal touch. Thank your closest colleagues in person. Saying thank you shows that you’re appreciative and will leave a lasting positive impression.

Because of my resignation from The Japanese…Stephanie & I are back to talking terms again…Stephanie told me that Celtic was upset about me leaving, commented that I cannot adapt to The Japanese environment, Celtic do not understand why I choose to go back to G13 & not with The English if I want to do such a new portfolio and that I will surely die in G13…sigh…let’s hope for the best…7-Eleven called Stephanie for an interview too…let’s really hope for the best…for the 3 of us...

Hahaha…Harriet knows that I am leaving.
Harriet also confirms that Lawrence is leaving too, going to G13. Apparently Lawrence do not know what category he will be doing…hmmm…maybe Lawrence don’t want to reveal too much to Harriet kut…Lawrence is a tech guy, and in G13…there is already Shawn & Nigel holding the portfolios. As far as I know…there are only 2 vacancies that are available…Bryan’s & Ann’s portfolios…otherwise, it is Lawrence who is changing categories or Miguel will do another round of re-structuring again. Harriet told me that it was Maximoff who recruits Lawrence wor…Lawrence’s buy out is also a month.
I have given Harriet the impression that I do not know what category that I will be doing over there…hahaha…
Now, I need to piece the jigsaw puzzle together…who told Harriet? Marcus knew, Mr. Horton’s Secretary knew, Uncle Andy knew…Uncle Andy mixes more with the Grocery team wor…Paige & The MFT Director knew about it is because this Marcus went and put it up on our WatsApp chat group…will Paige share with Ursula? Will The MFT Director share this info with Laura? Who then will share with Lionel? Then will Clara knew about it too? Harriet is close with Nigel…but who told Nigel? Aiyo…so headache…like I say before…just assume that everyone knows about it…but nobody is talking about it or wants to talk about it…hahaha…

OMG…Team Baz Mr. Pilot called me…informed me that he knows that I am leaving…and I am going back to G13. I ask him, how he knows…he told me that Alice told him! Alice?! The Witch? OMG! They still keep in touch…hahaha…but I don’t think it’s true…I think the culprit is Celtic! Why? If Alice really knows that I am going back…then Alice will also know what I will be doing…but Mr. Pilot said that I am doing analyze…I think The Witch would have said Marketing or Trade Plan. Analyze is one of the word that I told Celtic…hahaha…
Oh…this happen way back in May, during the Ampang Store Revamp process…overheard this conversation between Jonas & Mak Tiri, apparently...according to Jonas…for the May Brands Fair Leaflet…Harriet got participate but did not collect on-top money for it, Harriet claims that the suppliers have no money to contribute wor. Then, for the upcoming Brands Fair Leaflet in July, Harriet also have 1 page…but this Jonas told MT that Jonas cut Harriet’s participation by half this time around, so Jonas took the other half page…hahaha…

1. Do a skills gap assessment
Find out what it takes to get the role you’re eyeing. Look at the job description and requirements. Then figure out what you need to do to close the gaps between what you can do and what the role requires.
2. Get a mentor
A mentor is someone who you can look to for career advice and support in your career journey. It’s usually someone of a higher ranking than yourself, or someone who is excellent in your field of work. Ultimately, your mentor should be someone who inspires you to do well and is willing to help you succeed in your job.
3. Get feedback on your performance
You may think that you’re doing well and wonder why you haven’t been promoted yet. Or you may be thinking that you’re only just learning the ropes and that a promotion is still far away. Get a clearer picture of your actual performance by asking for feedback on your performance from your manager.
It goes without saying that the role you want requires additional knowledge and skills. Work to expand your skill set. Actively look for learning opportunities that can deepen your skills and strengthen your resume.
5. Develop the habit of learning
If you want to stay relevant to the job market, develop the habit of learning. Learn about the newest trends in your industry. Learn more about the mechanisms that make a business succeed. Apply what you learn to your strategy for moving up in your career.
6. Volunteer or ask for bigger responsibilities
Show that you’re interested in helping the company succeed by asking for or volunteering for more responsibilities. Ask for bigger responsibilities so that you can practice and show your capabilities in handling more challenging tasks.
7. Think big picture
It’s easy to get so engrossed in work to the point that you’re just ticking things off your to do list. While that is crucial to your performance at work, it’s equally important for you to take a step back, reflect on how things are going, and think about whether you’re on your way to achieving your career goals.
8. Behave professionally at all times
Professional behavior rewards you with a good reputation. Consider your work ethics, the way you speak, what you say, how your dress, your attitude, the way you interact with others, how much you complain, and how you react when challenges arise.
9. Push for excellence
Avoid churning out mediocre work. Get noticed by making an effort to produce work that will impress your manager and your colleagues. This is also true in teamwork. Learn how to rally your teammates to produce excellent work (without being too annoying).
10. Record your accomplishments
You can make a better case for a promotion when you can show that you’re qualified and have had successes. Keep a record of what you’ve done well, the extras you’ve done, the certifications you’ve earned, as well as any other proof that you’re ready for a bigger role.
11. Learn how to promote yourself
It has to be said that as Malaysians, self-promotion is a skill that needs to be honed. Learn how to sell yourself and learn how to let people know about your accomplishments. After all, if you don’t tell people what you’re capable of, who will?
12. Help others succeed
If you’re aiming to be in charge of others, you have to learn how to help others succeed too. Not only does it say that you’re capable of being a leader, but those who do well under because you encouraged and helped them will most probably spread the good word about you.
13. Be likeable
You can’t please everyone – that’s a given. But being likeable make it easy for people to work with you. Be kind, helpful, polite, honest, assertive, and genuine. Smile, arrive on time, greet people by name, work hard, complain less. Likeable people are a pleasure to promote!
14. Apply for internal job openings
If there is an internal job opening that’s relevant and to your role, put your best foot forward and apply for it. If you fulfil the requirements, you’ll get it. If you don’t, at least you tried – and now management knows that you have the desire and ambition for more responsibility. They may very well keep you in mind for other opportunities.
15. Keep an eye out for external opportunities
It’s no secret that job hopping can boost your career. Sometimes there’s just no room for promotion within a company – and your manager can’t promote you if the need doesn’t exist. You'd do well to look for new challenges elsewhere.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the light of Your presence in my life.
Again, I felt so loved, so assured, so secured. In the midst of all these scenarios. And the journey haven’t even started yet.
Marcus: Morning! How was the buy off process?
Me: Morning. Tergendala a bit
Marcus: Emerson (HR) actually sent an email to Sörenstam that you actually told her you need to refer to your boss for buying off date
Me: Yes, tats the part tat is still in process
Marcus: Sörenstam can’t wait…plan come on 1/7, can?
Marcus: Better firm up a date for Emerson (HR) to update Sörenstam
Me: Noted. No worries. Slow & steady I will arrive.
Marcus: Pity Mr. Horton’s secretary and Sörenstam kan jeung on your arriving la
Me: Plz don’t so high hopes. I will do my best.
Marcus: This is Sörenstam’s attitude, Sörenstam wants to quickly settles Sörenstam kingdom
Hahaha…(Plz don’t so high hopes. I will do my best) – I think I interpret Marcus’s lines wrongly…initially, I was thinking more towards of my capability. I really certainly hope that they don’t have such high expectations on me. I am really scared that I will screw up. This is really a new area for me. But I think Marcus will interpret it as my arrival time. Thank God for putting my choices of words correctly…I sendiri yang take it out from the context…hahaha…

1. Visit new places
Whether it’s a new country, new town, or a place in your area that you’ve never been to before, visiting new places is a great way to exercise your brain. You’ll challenge yourself to adapt a different situation and develop a new perspective of the places that you’re used to.
2. Watch television
They say television will rot your brain but it really depends on what you watch. Try cutting down on reality shows. Watching informative and educational shows like Mythbusters, for example, is a fun and entertaining way to learn science.
3. YouTube can be good too
If you’re online all the time, make some time to explore videos that are not cat videos. Some examples of YouTube channels that have compelling, educational content include TED talks, The School of Life, and SmarterEveryday.
4. Learn a new skill
Like the body, exercising the brain will help keep it fit. Learning a new skill - like cooking, woodwork or learning to play a musical instrument - will challenge your brain and keep you sharp!
You don’t have to write a novel. Writing a daily journal is enough to help you practice and develop focus, creativity, and imagination. Writing also gives you the chance to practice expressing yourself clearly.
6. Read fiction
Reading has always been considered one of the best ways to increase intelligence levels. Reading fiction can teach you about human emotions, which can help you better understand yourself and the other people in your life.
7. Talk to people
Besides improving your communication skills, discussing, debating or analyzing ideas and concepts with other people gives you a chance to practice communicating effectively. It can also increase your knowledge and give you new perspectives on things.

We were not made for solitude; we were made for relationship. We need each other, and intuitively we seek companionship in community. But this desire for community is not limited to human relationships. In fact, it is fundamental to our relationship with the Son of God.
We don’t need to labor or agonize over our prayers. We don’t have to be filled with fear or anxiety in our prayers. We can be at rest when we pray, for the Father sees and hears, and the Son, who is with us always, perfectly intercedes on our behalf.

Prayer is not something we say to God; it is something we do together with our God!
The road to recovery from my acne breakout has been a damn difficult one. I am still on medication, yet there are still new pimples popping out everyday, yes…with the night gel application, the pimples are fast to dry up and died…but new ones are popping out too…meaning that my face, my body is still not fully recovered yet…or the body is already rejecting the medication…sigh…continuing praying!

Seeing to tomorrow is beyond our view. Sometimes we even struggle to see or understand what life is throwing at us today.
But our limited visibility is not cause for despair. Just the opposite. We trust in the God who sees all of our tomorrows perfectly – and who knows what we need as we face the challenges ahead. The Apostle Paul knew this. That’s why Paul encourages us with hopeful words – We live by faith, not by sight.
When we trust God with our day as well as our unseen tomorrows, we don’t need to worry about anything life throws at us. We walk with Him and He knows what is ahead; He is strong enough and wise enough to handle it.
Lord, I know I can trust You for today and tomorrow because You are kind, good, loving, wise and powerful. Teach me not to worry.
God sees the beginning to the end.

When He has tested me, I will come forth as gold.
Job was overwhelmed after losing his livelihood, his health and his family. Worse still, although Job had been a daily worshipper of God, he felt that the Lord was ignoring his pleas for help. God seemed absent from the landscape of his life. Job claimed he could not see God whether he looked to the north, south, east or west.
In the middle of his despair, Job had a moment of clarity. His faith flickered to life like a candle in a dark room. He said – God knows the way I take. Christians are tried and purified when God uses difficulty to burn away our self-reliance, pride & earthly wisdom. If it seems as if God is silent during this process and He is not answering our cries for help, He may be giving us an opportunity to grow stronger in our faith.
Pain and problems can produce the shining, rock-solid character that comes from trusting God when life is hard.
Dear Lord, help me to believe that You are with me, even when I can’t see You working in my life.
Faith-testing times can be faith-strengthening times.

Build deep relationships
While extroverts might be more comfortable networking, introverts build deep personal relationships with friends and colleagues from a solid foundation of trust and support.
Introverts tend to be dedicated researchers and give careful consideration when drafting project plans.
Think before speaking
Before speaking or joining a conversation, introverts contemplate what they want to say and how they will say it so that it is the most productive contribution possible.
Creativity from within
J.K. Rowling developed her initial concept for Harry Potter when she was commuting alone via train. She describes the process, “I simply sat and thought, for four (delayed train) hours, while all the details bubbled up in my brain, and this scrawny, black-haired, bespectacled boy who didn’t know he was a wizard became more and more real to me.”
Don’t jump to conclusions
Introverts are measured in their decision making and hiring and they take time to assess and process situations.
Know their limits
Introverts recognize their own boundaries. They ask for guidance and support when they feel like they are in unfamiliar territory.
Introverts are actually great team leaders, but they are also successful when working independently.
Since introverts have often struggled to get their true talents seen and appreciated, they are generally quite respectful of the different working styles and preferences of others.
Introverts don’t give up easily. They have practice trying to get their thoughts and voices heard over the cacophony created by extroverts.
Introverts are fantastic active listeners. They don’t interrupt, but listen carefully to extract meaning.

Who can you finally stop comparing yourself to? Dan Sullivan, founder of Strategic Coach, says you have to “get out of the gap” when it comes to measuring your life by other peoples success—the gap being where you are and where they appear to be. The best way to do this is to consider how far you have come in the last 12 months, to the day. On this day last year, what didn’t you know, have, or had become yet? Let your progress astound you. Basically, focus on your own sh*t.
Why does everyone seem to be tired all of the time? Go to bed earlier! Take a bath. Read. Unwind. Listen to nature sounds at night on Spotify versus scouring Snapchat. Plan your outfit and bag the night before work so you have a few extra minutes in bed. There is nothing magical or mystical about getting sufficient rest. Commit to a curfew during the week and to being more organized.
Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of the excuse that you can’t have it. What have you been telling yourself that you can’t have: a promotion at work, a leaner body, a successful blog, a fulfilling relationship, more money? Ask yourself, “What if my belief about this were not true?” Look for examples of other people who might already be, do, or have some of the things that you want. And flex your curiosity muscle (not your comparison trigger). What does this reveal to you? Does it mean what you want is possible? And therefore, could also be possible for you, if you allow it?
Guilt is a killer. It’s also proof that you’re living in the past. Guilt is an unhealthy, unconstructive and totally unnecessary emotion. You’re probably giving it way too much mental space when you don’t have to.
Remember this: You’ve always done the very best you could with what you knew at the time and with the resources that you had. That’s all we ever do, every single one of us. Can you give yourself a little break?
6. A GRUDGE
I’ve secretly been holding a grudge against two different people for years now. One is a former passive-aggressive, sexist boss who treated his team really poorly and screwed me out of a commission that I earned. Another is a family member who is really insincere (not to mention cheap) and who acts like a hero. *shudder* Thinking about either of them can rile me up. So I don’t. Because forgiveness (still!) does not flow easily, I just cut them out of my mind altogether. It works well enough for me. There is no toxicity because there is, well, simply nothing. Next item!
I love a good Marie Kondo-style cleanup. Just last week, when I couldn’t find an outfit for a Facebook live (because I could not see everything I own in my closet), I went on a rampage and donated two big shopping bags of stuff (including dresses with tags still attached because I never wore them, but clung to the hope that I would out of a sad sense of regret. It felt so cleansing. I also have around 313 mini bottles of lotions and potions thanks to a Birchbox membership, an ipsy subscription, and the freebies I get sent as an influencer. I threw out the ones I have tried but don’t like, gave away the ones I won’t use, and am using the rest in order. Use, discard. Use, discard. The orderliness makes me feel like a goddess. What can you consciously declutter: a bookshelf, bathroom drawer, inbox, an entire scroll or two of your phone of unused apps? Unhealthy habits remain and fester as long as we don’t shine a light on them. So if you decide to clean your home from top to bottom this spring, don’t forget to clear out the junk in your head too.

1. Have a to do list
A to-do list will give you an overview of all the things you need to do. This allows you to prioritize tasks, and avoid missing any work.
2. Complete the easy tasks first
Difficult tasks need more brainpower and take longer to complete. Put these to the end of your list so you’re not distracted by the tasks you need to complete later.
3. Use your most productive time of day for difficult tasks
Another option is to use your most productive time of day to work on difficult tasks. Because your brain thinks better and faster during this time, you may save yourself a lot of time.
4. Give yourself time limits
Giving yourself a time limit for each task. This way you’re less likely to give in to distractions and more likely to feel the urgency to complete your work.
5. Just start
Sometimes we think about the hows and whens and whats of a job so much that we convince ourselves that a job is more complicated than it is. Stop overthinking and over planning and just start! Once completed, look at your work again and refine!
6. Have a routine
When you have a routine, you don’t have to keep figuring out what you need to do. You can just start doing it.
Having a to-do list is good, but preparing for it is key. Print out your meeting materials at least an hour before. Have all your links open and ready to go for your presentation. Don’t waste your and others’ time with scrambling around for things.
8. Keep learning
Knowing your job better results in two things: you’ll learn more efficient ways to do things and you’ll be able to do more things. Consider enrolling in a course or attending workshops to keep your skills updated.
9. Focus on one task at a time
Contrary to popular belief, research has shown that multitasking is not productive. When you work on multiple things at once you’ll end up distracted, whether consciously or subconsciously. Do one thing at a time to reduce distractions and avoid errors.
10. Keep organized
You don’t want to be rummaging around for a pen or be scrolling through thousands of uncategorized documents in your folders. Invest some time to organize yourself.
11. Avoid heavy lunches
Feeling sleepy after lunch is a common complaint. The best way to prevent this is to avoid foods that make you sleepy and not eat too much at lunch.
12. Take breaks
This may sound contradictory – but when you work without breaks, you’ll end up feeling fatigued. Take a break to refuel and be ready to start your engines again.

First, Azrine left...then Shaw / Dory left (Celtic's previous Furniture Buyer), then it was Mrs. Simon’s turn to leave, now me pula...can Stewart sees the link here?
Hahaha…I have learned something very valuable from one of the Instagram Account…it is not about treating people like how you want to be treated or treating them on how they want to be treated…but it’s actually treating them on how Jesus treat you! Powerful isn’t it…therefore, I have decided not to cucuk Celtic out…hahaha, even though I feel that Stewart should know…or maybe Stewart does but is in denial!

May & June – what a month it has been for me…THANK YOU GOD, PRAISE TO THE LORD, BLESS YOU GOD…indeed it is true…blessed for those who mourned, for they will be comforted…enjoying the highs & lows and see what God has to offers...unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, but if it dies, it bears much fruit...
We often have more questions than answers. We wonder about the whys, whens and hows of life – often forgetting that though we do not know everything, we know the God who does.
How comforting to know God loves us perfectly, is fully aware of what we will face today, and He knows how best to help us in every circumstance of our life.
Our knowledge will always be limited, but knowing God is what matters most. We can trust Him.
Thank You, Lord, that You know everything about me and what I need.
Knowing God is what matters most.
Posted by yingze at 11:35 PM
We may not be able to touch Jesus physically, but we can entrust the weightiest circumstances of our lives to Him. He said – Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
How blessed we are to have a Savior whom we can trust to be faithful through every circumstance of our lives! Are you leaning on Him today?
Dear Lord Jesus, help me to lean on You today and to trust You as my source of strength & hope. I cast all my cares on You and praise You because You are faithful.
Jesus alone gives the rest we need.
Still praying for healing…recovery from my acne breakout. Today is my 9th day on medication…yes, there are improvements, however the frustrating part is that, there are still new ones popping out. The old one become dried & dead…but there are still the new ones! Meaning that I am still not fully recover yet :( adoi…

Today, Celtic said to me that Celtic want to call Marcus…adoi…and say that I no yee hei (loyalty)…I think I have help you enough…both Wayne & I are doing all of the work…you only goyang kaki there and pretend that you are working…duh…I also malas want to layan Celtic.
And I also didn’t even bother to pre-empt Marcus about this. Why Marcus recommend me, Marcus have the reasons. Marcus also knows Celtic punya perangai.
And God also can see who is coming up against me…God says that everything is fine, God has everything in control and under control, God will not fail me. I am not going to trigger anything. Wait & See. Things will just revolve by itself. I now realize that I am always the one who trigger things, no obedience on my part…hahaha…now I just let the people, things, circumstances revolve by itself, feel God’s presence and see God’s plans for me to reveal by itself. Isn’t this how the G13 offer came about? Isn’t this how the buy out plan came about? THANK YOU GOD, PRAISE TO THE LORD, BLESS YOU GOD!

Lord, I thank You today for Your Amazing Grace!
Jesus is the Restorer in life.
Emerson (HR) and Marcus WatsApp messages.
THANK YOU GOD, PRAISE TO THE LORD, BLESS YOU GOD.
I want to cry already…
I was so in fear…afraid that I will lose The Japanese’s employment and the G13 offer after my disaster conversation with Celtic the other day. Sensing that there is much resentment, anger, bitterness, jealousy & envy in Celtic…I know Celtic can do anything…absolutely anything and Celtic is so unpredictable that I can’t figure out what is Celtic’s next move will be. I admit, I was very fearful...what if Celtic destroys or sabo whatever that I have right now or what I am about to have. But with the above messages…I just feel so loved, I feel so safe, I feel so blessed, I feel so assured, I feel so wanted…Amen & Amen.

Supplier Edmoi: Celtic said ask me talk to u about leaving. But I said if better why bother with merchandising.
Celaka betul this Celtic…told Celtic not to inform anybody…hahaha…this supplier’s answers also surprise me, I bet it also stunned Celtic. I expect the supplier, like everyone else will tell me, please re-consider your decision. Nonetheless, this Celtic also salah give information to the supplier, inform the supplier that I am doing schematic…I told Celtic that I am doing Cat Man, Data & Trade Marketing…see, salah information pass around. But I take note of the supplier’s concern…the supplier is a bit doubtful that I will achieve much success in my new role and also warn me, if everything goes wrong, immediately ask me to go back to buying.
Later on, Celtic told me that Celtic got inform this supplier, and this supplier's reaction was shock and say whether I am crazy or what. But from what the supplier told me, the supplier inform to Celtic, try now…if not now, then when. The supplier also told Celtic – no doubt, you will lose your left hand, so either you find another left hand, grow another left hand or be the left hand yourself…hahaha…this Celtic really can dramatize everything, putar belitkan the keadaan...this Celtic is like becoming another Alice like that...sigh...sign of insecurities...

The difficult circumstances we face can make it hard to say Thanks Lord. We can be thankful to our God who sees in every situation an opportunity for us to trust Him – whether or not we see His purpose.
Father, we honor You with our words, but so often our actions reveal that our hearts don’t trust You. Help us to see You at work in every circumstance, no matter how difficult.
By God’s grace we can be thankful in all things.
Acne – it got worst and worst. All over my face right now. Flaring red, inflame…already visit the doctor…today is my 4th day I am taking the medication…some are drying up but new ones are also popping up…sigh…yes, I also behave as per the above…in the morning, can praise God…but action-wise…failed and remain skeptical. Now no more lah…just have faith…yes, I am very ugly looking right now, also lack the confidence…but I am not going to let it ruin me. My God is mighty to save!

Tommy: You want to join The English? I hand your resume to Julien. Always wanted you to join. Think you are suitable. It’s about the company. The company is set up that it’s always about the company. You think think. That’s how they survived.
Me: This year we move out from our comfort zone.
Tommy: What am I supposed to do with myself. Haiz. Telan.
Me: Sigh. Yes. I am also not sure whether I make the right choice or not. There are risks. I agree with your point. But the opportunity given to try something new, so let’s try. If tak jadi, be buyer back lor.
Tommy: Question is that if it’s a good platform to learn.
Me: I will make the dept like The English. Hahaha.
Tommy: That’s the spirit.
Me: Don’t know lah. Everything should got something to learn. At least I hav 1 feet in and can get int fmcg.
Tommy: I like the optimism. You are the engine of commercial. Drive it.
Me: I hav always been positive. Now go in with underdog power. Hahaha.
Tommy: Very good.
Me: U ajar one.
Tommy: I never teach you anything like that, but with your attitude, you’ll go far.
Me: Got. I remember wat u say one. I also admit at times I also play forgetful when it comes to work.
Tommy: It’s never where you are, it’s where you want to be that’s the most important. Having goals keep us going.
For the first time…really for the first time…Tommy showed Tommy’s vulnerability to me…maybe I have finally gained Tommy’s trust...hahaha...

Me: Hola. Stewart told me Lawrence also resign.
Tommy: Finally. Now you job is to find out who replace Lawrence. Hire already.
Me: Lawrence going back to G13. Doing appliance. But G13 appliance supposing got no vacancy. The Japanese got replacement already? So fast. Lawrence throw last week.
Tommy: You are efficient lo. But Lawrence prefers hush hush.
Me: If Lawrence prefer hush hush, Lawrence won’t tell his boss lor. His boss won’t tell my boss. My boss won’t tell me lor.
Tommy: People talk. Cannot help. You tendered yet? Funny. You two still gonna be colleagues.
(Finally) (Hire already) >> I really don’t know whether it’s a question or a statement from Tommy.
If Lawrence's departure is indeed very true...then it will be an excellent diversion for me...because of my screw-up, I seriously do not want anyone from G13 to know that I am going back there...sigh...

WatsApp Conversation with Celtic:
Pls think la. Don’t like that la.
Take chance ask The Japanese pay u extra.
Hahaha…Celtic, you are my third reason why I have decided to leave. Stewart mention that the DMs will get a burn out…yes, this is applicable on Mak Tiri & Jonas…but in D31…I’m the one who is getting burn and burned out. Celtic didn't even lift a finger! We must be berat sama dipikul, ringan sama dijinjing. Wayne, Zila & myself put in equal weight of work. This Celtic only know how to wayang! Back in 2014…I didn’t choose Colgate Palmolive because of Ursula, I was learning lots from her…but today, yes I am learning a lot from Stewart…but no longer from Celtic. I just grow up…

Me: Morning. Bright & Shine. Ok, I think, re-think, un-think, don’t want to think, then continue to think…I finally think tat I want to giv the new role a try. So, u don’t think so much. Go and enjoy ur holidays.
Stewart: Sure? Very sure?
Me: U gav me until weekend. I already extend my thinking to another extra 24 hours.
Stewart: Well I was thinking since I not around u can consider until this wkend. Actually I thought u would change ur mind. Sad to see u leave. Initially u seems very uncomfortable but lately u looks settled. Really didn’t expect this. I was hoping u would change ur mind especially u know now is tough time and I need all the good team mbr. Part of the reason d31 is doing well is bcoz u turn the cat around. Really appreciate that and was hopping u can continue doing that n I can have a reason to fight for more benefits for u.
Me: I’m going on holiday, don’t want to be burden with it lah.
Stewart: I did not manage to giv u wat u want when u came in..i think I owe u this.
Me: I hav always been settled. Only tired. No worries, u hav Celtic, Mak Tiri & Jonas. Actually hor, I din’t do anything. Credits must giv to Wayne this year. Grow Wayne, invest the time, Wayne cannot sit down and do orders. Help Wayne to fix this part.
Stewart: If the team is not balance the DMs will also burn out. Mak Tiri is in that line. If no buyer to support the DM oso cannot function la. Is a team thing.
Me: U didn’t own me anything Stewart. Miguel call me back, Tommy call me back, I also didn’t go. I was just waiting to do a new portfolio. It’s time to move a little out from the box, time to re-skill, then I go FMCG.
Stewart: Ur cat is manage properly in sales n margin..that’s the challenge and u been doing that.
Sigh…I indeed had a great year last year…this year all spiraling downwards…hahaha…I learnt a lot…but isn’t it time to move on too?
