I really want to muntah darah jor...Erin kepo this with me the other day...so, Erin was talking to the new recruit lor...the new recruit share this with Erin - regarding the tasks that I have just handover to the new recruit...the new recruit got check in with Miss Chew...Miss Chew jawab to the new recruit like this - it is not your job but since you are free at the moment, you do it first lor...wah...macam ini pun boleh kah...apa lah...Erin also observe that this Miss Chew is running the new recruit all over the place...not only with the new recruit lah...but also with everyone else...really, I certainly don't fit in...

Hahaha...see...everyone thought that the new recruit is replacing the other Samuel and should be doing back the other Samuel's job...one of the POSM girl call me...clarifying with me...rupa-rupanya...when the POSM girl saw the new recruit in the office...Miss Chew didn't ask the POSM girl to do the handover to the new recruit. So, the POSM girl felt something is not right. But this POSM girl is also very clever...when Miss Chew is not around...the POSM girl quickly do a brief handover to the new recruit...hahaha...I think this Miss Chew is very cunning...just want to keep the new recruit for her own self and doing the work that Miss Chew don't want to do...jahat betul ini Miss Chew...

I do not regret saying that to Miss Chew...I only regret that I have to mention it in front of the new recruit. Ya mah...the other Samuel's replacement is already here...so whatever job that the other Samuel passed to me previously...so, by right, I have to hand it over back to the new recruit lor...unless, it is being stated right at the very beginning that the new recruit will not be doing that...

So, I went over to Miss Chew's place lor...Miss Chew terus jump and say the new recruit will not be doing that...what the...Miss Chew then mention, to pass the task to Miss Chew and Miss Chew will pass it to someone else...what the...

Then, we terus went for meeting...towards the end of the meeting...I brought up this topic again...this is where I blurted out - I feel cheated....hahaha...not professional of me...but I am gradually doing the handover now lah...Miss Chew say must take care of the new recruit, scare the new recruit will cabut...then, I roll my eyes...what about us...this Miss Chew...tak ada leadership langsung...new people take care...existing people can ignore lah...

Then, in the meeting - this Miss Chew try to bodek me by calling me big sister in Cantonese...I pula casually in a perli tone - lady boss in Mandarin lor...you wayang...I also know how...

So, this Miss Chew wants to reduce the current leaflet cycle...Samuel & I disagree...but of course, during the meeting...Samuel buat diam aja lah...the meeting concluded that we will release the calendar first...keep the Festive, Brand Fair, Anniversary thematic and the rest; just indicate a generic theme like Extra Jimat...also put an indicator that there will be changes...

This Miss Chew's intention for the cutting is also not a noble one...want to reduce work only...I suggest to run the numbers...of course lah, to table at TPG wor...I table wor, not Miss Chew wor...I will kena shoot wor, not Miss Chew wor...from the numbers, then we can see what we need to cut and where to cut mah...takkan want the department to be seen as being lazy meh...even though Miss Chew complain that the buyers don't follow the theme...correct; fair point but how to rebuke back if the Commercial Directors guarantee that their buyers will complied in the future...furthermore, we already have the base...if totally remove the leaflet...the sales will kaput, not to mention the buying income...the non-compliance occur is also partly from us because we don't gatekeep...none of us have the time to gatekeep...otherwise...there will be compliance...

 ...kemampuan Samuel also terhad juga ye...what happen was, the Black Friday and 11.11 event is coming soon...so, Samuel, Mr. Horton's Secretary & myself were having a brainstorming session lor...I thought that the both of them already aware of Commercial's limitations...but they seems so naïve like that...ok lor...bagi mereka try...they table it at the TPO meeting...Black Friday propose to do 50%  discount and 11.11 do Buy 1 Free 1...terus kena shoot down by the Merchants...

In the end, I just inform Mr. Horton's Secretary...for the Black Friday - just do a deeper discount dive. For example Jacob Biscuit 700gm; Press Ad price is at RM9.90. When Black Friday comes, just do RM8.90 lor...then put a Black Friday mast head lor...settle...Black Friday have always been associated with appliances...we all retail just want to tumpang glamour only...

For 11.11 - still focus the regular key lines in our press ad to drive trade...but on the digital platform, can do Buy 1 Free 1 - inject a fun element into it. Get the impulse snacks, biscuits to do it...those categories have done it before and was quite good response geh...so, settle lor...my idea sometime can pakai kua...hahaha...

This woman ar...cannot blame Stephane also...this Miss Chew already got so many comments and cannot accept The Mayor's feedback and Stephane terus call for a meeting with the Agency without Miss Chew so Miss Chew will not cause a delay or productivity of the design mah...Stephane is just trying to keep the peace, don't want to cari gaduh with Miss Chew...

If I were Miss Chew, I would just keep my mouth shut and follow Stephane's lead...Stephane have been doing this for so long...Stephane knows what to do...and putting Stephane in charge of design also saves work...apa lah this Miss Chew...

I then show Stephane what I jawab lor...I lagi tambah - u also know commercial team, ask to do Aug daily 50% already cannot, want to to do 77% for 2 weeks? 

I am very sure that this Miss Chew have condemned me to the lowest and kaw-kaw on that day...
