Meeting with The Mayor...Mr. Horton's Secretary, Samuel, Miss Chew & myself. Via TEAMs.
Miss Chew came in late, after the meeting have ends. I TEAMs her twice (during the meeting), but to no avail. Coward kut...
The Mayor talk about the department organization structure. I thank God that The Mayor mention about expanding my role onto Upscale & Mini...meaning that Samuel have to loop me in on everything already. But on the other hand, when I talk to God; couple of times before, I told God about my plans that I will only manage Miss Chew and let Miss Chew to handle both Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary...hmm...can I still do that?
Once the meeting ends, this Miss Chew pula baru masuk...ok, I thank GOD that there is a structure, I am sort of leading the TP Division with both Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary's name beneath me...however, on the other hand...parking POSM under this Division...macam tak kena aja...Uncle Andy was sharp...Uncle Andy commented - it seems like Miss Chew cannot or don't want to manage these POSM people, so the best thing is to park under the next best responsible people...for me, it's just adding more work...
Miss Chew was awkward with the 3 of us...I told the rest that Miss Chew cannot go toe-to-toe with us when we combine together. Actually, Samuel is most fiery among the 3 of us...I just don't know why, with Miss Chew...this Samuel became like a tame goldfish, if I can paraphrase as such...
The Mayor's appearance is to show support to Miss Chew's plans. Can see obviously that The Mayor have too many things to handle, so The Mayor doesn't care...the Malaysia country is yours...go and manage it...I will step in to show support.
Samuel find this Mayor tak boleh pakai langsung.
We will have another meeting on next week Thursday...

Business Partnership Meeting - I pun tak dijemput but Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary was...fine...Samuel represent Upscale, Mr. Horton's Secretary is the face of Mass, hey...me too...but no invites...ok, Miss Chew wants to play it this way...fine...you know what...the best revenge...is to live my best life...but I like Samuel's insight...the meeting is to either to get scolded by Miss Chew or see Miss Chew scold people...hahaha...

Ha! Confirmed! This Miss Chew sememangnya wants to curtail or stop my authority, popularity & power...at first, I was invited to the meeting because it was Miguel who created the invites. With Miguel being so busy, I am not sure how the subsequent meeting invites was handed over to Miss Chew or any other person. Thereafter, I did not receive any invites to these meetings pertaining to this Voucher Mechanic discussion. And I also didn't know that these subsequent meeting exits. Until Nixon cc me in the email and Miss Chew sendiri yang provide update. Hmm...now I am wondering, if this Mr. Horton's Secretary is also in these meeting or not...sememangnya, Miss Chew want to replace me...whatever lah...fine...I will be in a Consultant mindset.

Storms Of Fear
Christ confronted the disciples with 2 penetrating questions:
Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?
Storms rage in our lives as well, don't they? But Jesus' questions can help us put our fears in perspective. His first question invites us to name our fears. The second invites us to entrust those distorted feelings to Him - asking Him for eyes to see how He guides us even through life's most raging storms.
Loving Savior, thank You that You're always present in the storm. As I move through life's scary moments, help me each day to talk to You and entrust You with my fears.
Every Breath
Do not complain about life's challenges. Just take a breath and says - Thank God, I can.
How easy it is to focus on things we need or want, and forget that sometimes the smallest things in life can be the greatest miracles.
It also reminds me that anything I have, big or small, is useless unless God gives me breath.
Amid the daily struggle, let's stop occasionally to take a deep breath and let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Thank You, God, for every breath You've given me. Thank You for the smallest things in life and the greatest miracles of life.
