There was no official announcement to the other cross-functional teams, not even within our own internal department...the rest of the team members are made aware only when they saw my name in the organization chart as the Lead during the re-structuring process...that was it...which I am fine with it...at least, I will not be burden too much...anyway; Marcus have left for quite some time now...I have been filling up those shoes anyway...of course, I have to admit without the official title, I can always skip & maneuver around it...however, with a title, it is indeed hard to make an escape...nonetheless, this time around, it is God who reigns...
