From Marolyn - I have silence everyone in the TEAMs Meeting...hahaha...have been awarded as a Hero and like Tsunami washed over them...hahaha...
And I only say this - from a Trade Planning perspective; customers would not know which are the winners or losers, they only want to buy the brand that they want and we are all here to serve our customers. Thus, it requires sense check from everyone to balance the display & sales. For example, Grocery Staple have 5 slots in their Press Ad, 1 have to be reserved for Milo because it attracts footfall, to catch up on our weekday sales budget and so the remaining slots can be balance up with the winners or losers...
Ya mah...where is the buyer zaman kegemilangan where we can dictate what to buy, what to advertise, who to work with...this is so tragic...
And I don't have a colonial mind-set...not pro-kwai lo...hahaha...
