We can't attain success in leadership by giving everyone who has an opinion emotional access to our lives.
Go with your gut.
Lead with your heart.
Listen and learn from people who are doing it better than you.
Take constructive criticism and move forward.
Even if 10 people tell you to do something in a certain way, but you know in your heart what you should do - Go With That. Always.
