Hahaha...so lately; Uncle Andy have the opportunity to work with Miss Chew & Miss Y-C.
Miss Y-C is damn efficient and knows everything.
Miss Chew pula; no direction, no solution, don't ask me - you go and think for yourself. In the end, Uncle Andy said that 90% of Malaysia's work come from Uncle Andy...Malaysia Team really no need Miss Chew. Miss Chew don't like to do POSM but it's the only tasks that Miss Chew can do because Miss Chew also don't want to do trade. 1 jari pun tak angkat...if can Miss Chew do not want to do anything at all and Miss Chew only does what Miss Chew wants...
Miss Chew lacks empathy & perspective...said that the Marketing core function is Trade...Trade Planning have 3 managers which the manager role is to plan & to attend meetings to get alignment with all of the cross-functional divisions yet right now, we all are doing routine work 80% of the time...so, when want to transfer Moon over, prepare the job description - Miss Chew told Samuel that the tasks we give to Moon very melampau batas...whatever lah...I can do, I will do...if cannot - I bye-bye only lor.
What Mr. Horton's Secretary said is very true - we have proven our reliability - day in, day out...week in, week out...
