Both Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary also thinks so too...that Miss Chew will leave...and I think that the both of them tested me the other day...because they know, that I may be the next in line...if The Mayor needs someone on the ground fast...if want to recruit externally, also need someone to jaga kedai...well, I told the both of them casually...if Mayor does approach me...I will decline...

What happen was...we have this RM2 Snacks Campaign.

Miss Chew was in one of the Mini store. Miss Chew jumped because the price was not effective.

Miss Chew call me...fine...then Miss Chew posted in the WatsApp Chat Group where everyone is inside...

This is what Miss Chew wrote:

I didn't even bother to read and replied.

If there is no customer complaint, that means our POSM is not working lah...I replied that to the Digital Millennial...hahaha...  

Then found out...so kebetulan that the store that Miss Chew visit, got IT issue...so the price was not effective...hahaha...and of course, Miss Chew did not and will not apologized...

I just have the gut feeling that Miss Chew is trying to embarrass me and highlight Miss Chew in a better light...whatever lah...

Anyway, I believe...Miss Chew already cucuk me kaw kaw...plus the entire next week I am away...lagi lah Miss Chew will revenge balik...

Hahaha...gosh...so complicated...so drama...

Ok...let's start...

Once, Miss Chew & I came back from the Singapore's conference...on Friday...Miss Chew was in the store...in one of the meeting room...with the POSM colleague...Samuel went in, Miss Chew & the POSM colleague immediately stop their conversation...however, Samuel manage to hear a little bit of their conversation and that conversation was on Miss Chew's DI...

Then, all of a sudden...everyone begin to boycott and anti the POSM colleague because they thought and perceive that the POSM colleague went and pre-empt Miss Chew...

Everyone thought that the Digital Millennial will pre-empt Miss Chew...

But rupa-rupanya...the one that pre-empt Miss Chew was Uncle Andy; according to the Designer who had the conversation with the POSM colleague...the POSM colleague have been misunderstood...wow...tak sangka Uncle Andy is so close with Miss Chew...lagi tak sangka Uncle Andy will pre-empt Miss Chew...but Uncle Andy is also the kepo type and sometimes will give heads-up geh...   

Nonetheless, I stand in believing that Miss Chew is just merajuk...all this is just acting...

Then, Uncle Andy fill me in...I still think and have the impression that Miss Chew is merajuk...mesti ada U-Turn punya...

Rupa-rupanya...Miss Chew have verbally mention to The Mayor that Miss Chew will tender...then submit the resignation letter but with a post-dated date, dated on 1st July...I ask why 1st July...if want to tender, tender lah...sincerely tender lah...hahaha...Uncle Andy explain kononya The Mayor is not around at that point of time...

Miss Chew also apparently patah hati...with The Mayor. The Mayor knew about the Domestic Inquiry...according to Uncle Andy...the HR Team must get permission from the superior first mah, before can start work...so The Mayor knew about it but did not even have the decency to inform; to pre-empt Miss Chew about it; plus at that point of time, we were all together in Singapore for the SEA Marketing Conference...

Terus Miss Chew patah hati with The Mayor...this horse cannot be bet on...

Uncle Andy sememangnya pandai in analytics and goreng cerita...so when Uncle Andy informed The Mayor that Uncle Andy is ready to move on...The Mayor gave Uncle Andy a project lor...dress rehearsal which I find it unnecessary lah...but in this new project...Uncle Andy tak ada hold Budget wor...and The Mayor also didn't explain to the teams involved on what kind of role that Uncle Andy will play, how Uncle Andy can assist...I find it like a bola lah...campak here and campak there...and I think Uncle Andy also don't want anymore on this kind of dress rehearsal thingy already lah...I think Uncle Andy pun sudah patah hati...

Nonetheless, ada juga complaint yang masuk about Uncle Andy...Miss Y-C pula comment that this Uncle Andy don't know anything...thus Miss Y-C pick it up and do everything...the Branding Lady pula told Miss Chew that there is a need to bring in the Digital Millennial onboard because Uncle Andy tak boleh pakai...

I know Uncle Andy will streamline and outsource only lah...hahaha...

Below blog; referring to Miss Y-C strategy was...rupa-rupanya...Miss Y-C ada tender...dapat offer from Fair Price...then The Mayor & the Regional CEO have a face to face discussion with Miss Y-C...so, in the end Miss Y-C agree to stay...stay until next year, transfer to the Commercial Team...The Mayor pula, will look for a successor for Miss Y-C's position and plus an additional head count...nonetheless...for me...in G13...anything can happen...Miss Y-C could stay put also...who knows right...hahaha...

Miss Chew is copying Miss Y-C strategy...Miss Chew is already 51 years old...only doing POSM, do not chair the TPO & TPG, the other fellow colleagues may complain; but not in front of Miss Chew, only at the back...no one dares to goes toe-to-toe with Miss Chew...TP have proven their reliability...deliver week in, week out...Monday & Tuesday also don't dare to take leave...everything we also absorb...Miss Chew very good life wei...yeah...got Miss Chew or no Miss Chew to anchor Malaysia, daily work still can jalan geh...

Just that...if Miss Chew really goes off...there is HOPE...for a sound leadership, policies making, decision making, wisdom, directions...
