What happen was...one of the H&B buyer went to approach Miss Chew directly...the Leaflet pages have been reduce because the Leaflet cycle from a Bi-weekly publication have been changed to a Weekly output but still maintain with a 2-weeks promotion duration. Because of a faster turnaround...of course the Leaflet pages have to be reduce lor...so, the H&B buyer tak puas hati lor...
Then, Miss Chew come to look for me lor...not that I do not want to give...but there is no room to give...furthermore, our department activities also needs to be highlighted mah...Miss Chew also got come up with a proposal...to alternate it...ok lor, I can accept but the H&B buyer still tak puas hati...and also very stubborn...
I stood up...gently turn the H&B buyer around to the H&B workstation...the H&B buyer's body betul-betul stiff, don't want to bug off...I told the H&B buyer to think about it...and I also say that we are not letting you go back empty handed...think about Miss Chew's proposal and revert back to us...then, I tambah...Miss Chew is usually not this nice, today Miss Chew have been very nice...hahaha...
Aidan is only here for a few months; running the ground...even though Aidan have shared with me that The Mayor wants Aidan to stay on for a year...

What happen was...one of the A&P budak - Ismail; got shared with me lah...Ismail also know how to comment on Miss Chew...Miss Chew looking into small small things...things that are important but not vital...for example...the artwork of the leaflet, the product positioning, the price blurb etc...but not looking at the bigger picture of things...
For trade - product & price are already stagnant...sometimes we win in price, the other times; the competitors will win lor...what we lack are the amplifier to ramp things up...we don't have loyalty card, e-commerce is non-existent...we don't invest in vouchers etc...when Marcus or Hanis was still around, at least there are partnership activities with banks, e-wallets...now under Miss Chew...nothing at all...

In the YTG meeting last week...the Partnership Lady already make an appearance...
So what happen was...the Mayor was thinking to consolidate everything under the SG Brand Lady...since Miss Y-C will be transferring to the Commercial Team soon...then, all of a sudden, appear this Partnership Lady...this Partnership Lady will be taking over Miss Y-C's role...and the new chap; Nimal which was earlier mention as Miss Y-C's replacement but actually is under Miss Y-C, reporting to Miss Y-C...ish...so confusing...then hor, this Partnership Lady told the Mayor that this Partnership Lady do not want to report to the SG Brand Lady...hahaha...
Aidan did comment previously that both Miss Y-C and the SG Brand Lady's character are very punchy...hahaha...
Samuel shared that...the Digital Millennial informed Aidan that the Digital Millennial don't want to report to the SG Brand Lady...surprise...surprise...then when the SG Brand Lady visited our office last week...the both of them no talking wor...the Digital Millennial initially was reporting to Miss Chew...then Miss Chew naik the Digital Millennial pangkat but have to report to the SG Brand Lady...

First of all, regarding the above case...Miss Chew ask me to booked a 2-pager press ad...so I also book a 2-pager press ad lor...fronting ads format is much cheaper than the 1 bleed format. Plus Miss Chew also did not mention what ad format to booked. Anyway, I am ok if the header are the same...running out of time for output jor lah...as though customer will notice anything...dah lah the LPTL lines is also not pushing the needle...
