I suggest to Aidan to re-visit both Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary...probably at first, they were skeptical and now they have warm-up with Aidan. I also puji the both of them in front of Aidan.
I also told Aidan, the watsapp conversations was in the night, Friday morning I baru replied them back and the both of them was working from home, so there was no interaction...and I think Samuel's ideation is to focus on all promotions-related matters only and internal stakeholders.
Aidan pula feel that the local marketing part will be a more strategic approach...the promotion communication will be too routine...which also makes sense also lah...and if all 3 combine, I appreciated the fact that Aidan feels will overload me...then I suggested, why not promote another one up...hahaha...ok ok...kita tunggu & tengok drama minggu depan...
I also feel insecure with Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary's strength and also they like to discuss things among themselves, decide and then tell me...but I guess, let them be lah...just use theirs and copy & paste, improvise a little...hahaha...
Samuel: Is this final? Can we still raise our concern? For me I think trade mktg should park under brand coz they not liaise with commercial. But leaflet press ad digital ad can park to us n dotted to brand. What do u all think? If agree too n have to voice to CCM b4 the structure landed...

Then, I also gave my opinion to Aidan, that Miss Chew resign because Miss Chew just merajuk only, due to a case...Aidan did not ask what case, thus I suspected that Aidan also aware about Miss Chew's domestic inquiry case...Aidan ask me whether I want Miss Chew to come back or not...I commented that Miss Chew is very hardworking...Aidan cut me off and told me to stop bull-shitting...hahaha...I only replied back, I want a new boss where I can learn from...
Aidan also admitted that the Digital Millennial is not up to mark yet...Miss Chew have indeed mess up the entire department, the people, the process, the work...The Mayor also told Miss Chew, that if Miss Chew wants to return back to G13, Miss Chew have to be a changed person; otherwise its back to square one again...Aidan also told The Mayor that Aidan also don't want after fixing everything, it got screwed back up again...Aidan will fix for the first time but not for the second time...ish...also don't bull-shit lah...hahaha...
I think Miss Chew miscalculated...merajuk want to leave, but then The Mayor told Miss Chew to go on a sabbatical leave...will bring Aidan to run the ground...
