Issh...apa lah ni LTs...ingat kan is betul-betul waive off the Commercial Margin...rupa-rupanya...is invest in rate only, still must be quantum positive in Sales & Profit. Meaning that, before promotions, the margin is at 20%...now can be 10% or 5% but not -1%...cheh...really pity all of the buyers now...

But I also admit, I also blunder lah...told the buyers can waive the margin...so all submit negative margin calculation...sure, now all the buyers tembak me kaw-kaw...some was skeptical from the beginning, so have prepared earlier to dig for the money and some item actually hor...can find back the money one geh...so seems like; is the buyers are not negotiating hard enough...nonetheless, I just have to play my role...

So, in the TPG meeting...all of the LTs was shock lah...Mayor cover my ass...we do together the calculation with the Commercial Finance Team...after the meeting, I got call the Mayor lah...thought to give Mayor the opportunity to sound me...but tak ada wor...like nothing happen like that...cheh...what Uncle Andy says is true...I am only the absorber...just link & coordinate everyone...

So, I went over to the Newbie's workstation the other day to update on the coming press ad schedule...so, sempat ber-borak lor...adoi...rupa-rupanya, all these while...the Newbie got cry, feeling very stress, overwhelm...until mention mental stress lagi...menses pun upside down...this Miss Chew is so begitu teruk sekali...I also seek the Newbie's forgiveness...on the I Feel Cheated incident...hahaha...I also don't know after this what will happen...can ber-tahan ke tak...

Miss Heidi also kepo with me...the Newbie resign, after kena marah very teruk from Miss Chew...and also Samuel kena marah the other day...and when Samuel was answering Miss Chew's questions; over the TEAMs meeting...Heidi felt that Samuel was tearing or choking like that...sigh...

Ooh...Samuel kepo with us that day...rupa-rupanya...when The Mayor was in town, couple of weeks back...Mayor had a 1 - to - 1 session with the team...but have this script on hand...your salary have already reach ceiling sky high, you have to do more, expand your role to justify the numbers...oh wow...what is the intent here? Don't want to give VSS...so hinting people to quit?

On last Friday - I had a one-to-one session with The Mayor...

Told The Mayor that I have bee doing TP for the past 5 years...I am ready to move on...to do Branding or Customer Insights...

The Mayor pula; tembak balik with 3 questions...which department I mau pergi...what are my strengths, does the Business have a need for it...

I mau pergi buat Branding or Customer Insights...strength; my skill sets are transferable...I just need to pick up new concepts, new jargons, new terms...I didn't answer the third one...

The Mayor say that it will be look into...I also must train up my successors - sap sap sui; both Mr. Horton's Secretary & Samuel are more than capable...I was very blessed that Lord Alfonso gave me the opportunities...

So, tunggu & lihat...akan datang...

First, I cannot recall that I have such conversations with Erin...I don't even know about this conversation piece...I only worried that Erin got states it out to me...and I at times; don't bother to hear properly...will nod my head in agreement...shit...

The POSM colleague trust me...that I will not utter such things...the POSM colleague finds Erin very kepochi...Uncle Andy thinks that Erin is sneaky...well, nonetheless - damage is already done...never mind, I also cannot be bother to go and confess to the Newbie and confront Erin...

I already in so much pain and worry and stress over this heel pain of mine...plantar fasciities, heel spur, nerve damage or whatever it is...I also don't know...but with God, complete healing is possible...

So, Uncle Andy kepo balik with me...during lunch with Miss Chew...err...Miss Chew didn't share with Uncle Andy that Miss Chew got look for job wor...

Miss Chew kind of suspect that Miss Chew might be the top contributor for low YVC score in MY - obviously duh...

Miss Chew might be a bit messy...Miss Chew is not stupid ok - Miss Chew is messy from head to toe; but nonetheless, on some certain occasion, Miss Chew can deliver sikit-sikit lah...

Apparently during Mayor 1 on 1 with individual people in Marketing, a lot of them told Mayor they "willing to do more" so suddenly the perception is, eh....people willing to do more...but why Miss Chew like cannot fully utilize or let them shine one, story does not tally - because Miss Chew don't know how to press the right button in bringing out the best in them. All of them can do, only need to find the right button. They are not stupid. Plus Miss Chew's attitude also. If you treat people like crap, people will not respect and layan you balik.

But Miss Chew also got issue, it is Miss Chew job to streamline, define role and ensure efficiency - which I think is a perfect job role for Uncle Andy. Someone must have the courage to crack the department structure, especially TP...have difficult conversations...the missing gap in Marketing is skewed towards strategy and analytics. Uncle Andy can play the role well, I think. I have seen Uncle Andy's works on analytics but to lead...belum lagi nampak...

Hahaha...ter-tiba Miss Chew ajak Mr. Horton's Secretary & myself for lunch...two times Miss Chew buka mulut...so, cannot reject Miss right...cannot pretend don't know...hahaha...

Ok lor...so kita pun makan sama-sama...Miss Chew got shared Miss Chew's views as well lah...I am actually quite pleased that Miss Chew is on the same wavelength as us...do, do and do...no results...coordinate, coordinate...people take advantage of us...a lot of the work is syiok sendiri punya...

The other day...Mr. Horton's Secretary commented that Samuel is getting along well with Miss Chew...good sign...the both of them have to work together in almost everything now...and I think that Samuel have compromised a lot...lots of accommodating going on...give & take a lot...which I am sure that Miss Chew will appreciate it...
