So, Uncle Andy kepo balik with me...during lunch with Miss Chew...err...Miss Chew didn't share with Uncle Andy that Miss Chew got look for job wor...

Miss Chew kind of suspect that Miss Chew might be the top contributor for low YVC score in MY - obviously duh...

Miss Chew might be a bit messy...Miss Chew is not stupid ok - Miss Chew is messy from head to toe; but nonetheless, on some certain occasion, Miss Chew can deliver sikit-sikit lah...

Apparently during Mayor 1 on 1 with individual people in Marketing, a lot of them told Mayor they "willing to do more" so suddenly the perception is, eh....people willing to do more...but why Miss Chew like cannot fully utilize or let them shine one, story does not tally - because Miss Chew don't know how to press the right button in bringing out the best in them. All of them can do, only need to find the right button. They are not stupid. Plus Miss Chew's attitude also. If you treat people like crap, people will not respect and layan you balik.

But Miss Chew also got issue, it is Miss Chew job to streamline, define role and ensure efficiency - which I think is a perfect job role for Uncle Andy. Someone must have the courage to crack the department structure, especially TP...have difficult conversations...the missing gap in Marketing is skewed towards strategy and analytics. Uncle Andy can play the role well, I think. I have seen Uncle Andy's works on analytics but to lead...belum lagi nampak...
