DNA Gone Wrong

Lessons from Uncle Andy:

As a Trade Planner, you need to have previous years calendars. Then, you will know what particular event or festive that falls on that particular day or date which can affect the sales outcome.

Always be sensitive to numbers…have a gage on the daily, monthly and yearly sales figures.

Do not re-work…touch things only once…I spend too much time re-doing something…not productive.

When writing commentaries for The Leadership Team…always leave it at a cliffhanger; so it can be debatable.

In a line chart…when the promotion sales is versus the total company sales…the promotion sales line have to be below the total company sales line.

Maximum 2 variables to compare is sufficient.

I learned so much from him within 3 hours…sigh…
