What a mix that I am in the middle of this...
There is Mr. Horton's Secretary who wants attention & a bit of a show off, the talam 2 muka, but the brainy one...
Samuel wants to lead, likes to lead...but the emotional one...
Miss Chew refuse to let go off power, seeks for fame & attention & the department emotional queen...
Then there are the sharks & piranhas from the Leadership Team, the Merchants, the Supply Chain, the Operations etc...
But God put me in this mix for a reason right...

J___ has carried out all the task force successfully, the task force have significantly improve on the work process on major event & festive. The collaboration role in the task force were successfully help all stakeholders have better visibility on execution from stocks to price & reaction to market.

J___ has well prepared on the promo space to ready for the big bang launch for Meadows.
J___ also have reminded all stakeholder to put enough attention on the OB sales.

J___ has always been consistently keeping track on the promotion performance as well as storing complete information of promotion in a folder which useful for Commercial team planning.

Actually, I really thank God; that the other day...I manage to highlight 3 things to Lord Alfonso:
(1) I am not as polished and refine as Miss Chew and The Singaporean Counterpart
(2) The whole Calendar thingy, I am fine with the calendar timeline; just that we lack a Promo Court & Gate Keeper to ensure compliance
(3) I get to highlight the Forecasting Template to him

What happen was...yesterday we had a meeting together; Lord Alfonso, Miss Chew together with Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary...very loudly this Miss Chew said to let Mr. Horton's Secretary to drive the Briefing Deck. If Mr. Horton's Secretary drive and owns the Briefing Deck...then what I do wor...but in a way, I am also very relief...at least everyone heard that Mr. Horton's Secretary is given this task...I also don't have the required skill set to do as well lah...hahaha...and at least the job is delegated to Mr. Horton's Secretary...tak payah use my mouth which I know will be difficult to ask Mr. Horton's Secretary to do work lah...since both Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary will not acknowledge me as a leader one...

Then, additionally...bypass me somemore...don't know how many times already...I also lost count...when The Singaporean Counterpart email over to me something...at the below correspondence; I baru perasan...sigh...

God - I pray, I really pray...remove all of my insecurities...fill those gaps in my heart with faith and confidence. Give me a heart to serve, give me the intention to be of value; to add value without expecting anything in return...give me the serendipity as I go about my days. Amen.

So, the other day...Samuel & Miss Chew bergaduh besar...via email.
My take...Samuel is at fault because Samuel didn't pick it up to follow-up with the merchants.
And Miss Chew is also at fault for being rude.
So fire clash with fire and it erupted.
But I am very sure, the both of them will make up and become best friends thereafter.

Come to think of it...because I am always curious and kepo sana sini...hahaha...I always pick up & follow-up on things for Marcus.
But not this Samuel and Mr. Horton's Secretary...they are picky, find it time-wasting, want to do purposeful work...cheh...

But in times like this...during this MCO period...where everyone is far from each other, especially far from the bosses...people do develop a sense of insecurity...because the boss cannot see you mah...cannot see that you are working...cannot see your work...so scared to be out of sight, out of mind...so, now everyone is competing for attention...adoi...I shall remain low profile...this year is the season where I have to work hard and talk less...

So, on March 28th - I have gotten my 2 months bonus plus 5% salary increment.
Yes, it is an amazing blessing from God; especially during this MCO period. Because the good news is a pay cut...
Lord Alfonso somemore mention that I have the highest mark in the whole of the department.
Sukar dipercayai...
Because I can't even recall what significant contribution that I have done...
Because I am very sure my peers will consider those as buang masa aja...
