J___ has carried out all the task force successfully, the task force have significantly improve on the work process on major event & festive. The collaboration role in the task force were successfully help all stakeholders have better visibility on execution from stocks to price & reaction to market.

J___ has well prepared on the promo space to ready for the big bang launch for Meadows.
J___ also have reminded all stakeholder to put enough attention on the OB sales.

J___ has always been consistently keeping track on the promotion performance as well as storing complete information of promotion in a folder which useful for Commercial team planning.

J___ has playing a great role of how to trade with what customers want.

J___ has been carried out the task force exercise at the right way of why should we all sit down and deliver what customers want promotion planning.

J___ has clearly pointed out to the team in the meeting why do we need to promote right.

J___ has always deal with peers respectfully in all levers.

J___ has performed very well as Trade Planning Manager role, she always committed to her job no matter the task is big or small.
Her right attitude will be great influence to be a leader to the team.
She is ready to move the ladder up for the next lever of her career.
