Both Marcus & I attended the Individual Development Plan training…something like performance appraisal lah…so, Marcus have to name the successor for the Trade Planning department…Marcus raised a question to the trainer – whether 3 names can be submitted or not…hahaha…yes, I can see that Marcus wants to be fair & square to Samuel, Mr. Horton’s Secretary and myself…
