I really feel that Miss Chew is not accepting of me...Miss Chew can accept both Samuel & Mr. Horton's Secretary; but not me...always sees me as the competition, the enemy that needed to be crush...probably hates me to the max...

I won't be surprise if Miss Chew is pakat with everyone else to remove me...maybe The Mayor is also included.

Nonetheless, credit must also be given to Miss Chew as well...while I was on leave...Mr. Horton's Secretary complain to Miss Chew on Moon's attendance...so, Miss Chew also acted swiftly and meet up with Moon on a one-to-one basis...thereafter hor; Miss Chew went to personally update Mr. Horton's Secretary but I got sidelined...tak ajak pun...

Then, Moon told me that Moon have to work from home; anak got chicken pox...Miss Chew; again went to update Mr. Horton's Secretary and no update me...see; want me to lead...but tak inform me...sigh...haiz...so what is a leader with no recognition & authority...then, next week is People's Week for the employee to check-in with their superiors...Miss Chew wants to meet up with Moon & Mr. Horton's Secretary and put me as an optional...even Moon also teasingly laugh at me via WatsApp...haiz...

I'm calling on you God - open the oceans; like how you did for Moses...

God take care of the big things...God take care of the small things...God is very detail...every single frame...He will not miss a single thing. I don't know what God's plans are...and this 2 incidents; 2 random strangers...what kind of impact that God wants me to feel and the consequences after...maybe like what Billy Graham have mention before - God has given us two hands; one to receive with and the other to give with...

I was in Sabah 2 weeks back...hiking up Mount Trusmadi & Mount Kinabalu. The highest & the second highest; within 1 week...I don't know how I did it...but I know that God shepherded me through it. Like a little penguin, step by step...I hike up. And on the summit of Mount Kinabalu...I was the last in my group to reach the peak...everyone have went down...I took my mobile phone...wanted to take a picture of the board...but don't know is it because that the temperature was cold...my mobile phone refuse to work and it freeze...great, I thought I lost my mobile phone (but it did not, everything went back to functional thereafter)...my guide's phone was in his bag, he need to dig it up...time was running short, need to scale down; otherwise will miss the cut-off time...somehow...a stranger...a good Samaritan...a gentleman; help to take my picture with the papan signage and the papan itself...took my phone number...I didn't have enough faith that I will receive those pictures...as I reach back to the rest house...I cried...hahaha...but this is where God was impressive...the gentleman watsapp me the pictures back to me...he remembered...Amen.

The second one...went for lunch at the café in the lobby...wallet was on my lap...I have a meeting thereafter...after makan, I just stood up...forgot that my wallet was on my lap, the wallet fell off...I rush for the meeting...didn't even think about it until the HR colleague return back to me...otherwise, I would not even have realized until I reached home...money lost is ok...it is the inconvenience to get a new IC, credit cards etc...

God is great...He watches over me...therefore, I will remain watchful & grateful.

I am safe in His arms.

What Do You Pray About?

 

When we are overwhelmed by the troubles and sorrows of life, we are to pray for wisdom amid the trials - that we may see trials as an opportunity for great joy and a means to cultivate perseverance as we remember God's sovereignty through it all.

When we are happy or in good spirits, we are to sing and praise God as we count our blessings and acknowledge that all good things come from our good Father.

When we are sick, we are to call upon the elders of the church to pray over us, trusting that the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well.

Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

A prayer made in faith is thus one that is made based on God's promises and with the conviction that God will keep His word and fulfill it in His good timing. 

Seeking Wisdom For Trials

The Bible teaches us that the solution is  not to pray that God will get us out of trial, but to pray that He will give us the wisdom we need to help us get through it.

Wisdom is not the same as knowledge; it is the practical use of knowledge.

And it is necessary to help us view trials from the right perspective, so that we can see them as opportunities for us to mature & grow.

And the assurance is this - God will give us wisdom generously if we ask Him.

So let's approach God with full confidence that He will give us the wisdom to understand Him and believe in Him, in the midst of our trials - because He will. 

The Benefits Of Worship

Man's chief end is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever.

To glorify God - that's worship!

To enjoy Him forever - that's the all encompassing reward that includes these specific benefits:

Forgiveness >> true worshippers recognize God's holiness and accept His forgiveness. Through worship they are purified.

Guidance >> those who honor God will be given wisdom and will receive His guidance day by day. 

Provision >> Jesus said that God will meet our material needs if we give Him first place in our lives.

Love >> the love of God is experienced in the hearts of all those who are true worshippers.

Power >> to all who give God the glory He deserves, He gives the enablement to do things He requires of them.

Protection >> He faithfully watches over all who acknowledge Him, and He keeps them in all of life's changing circumstances.

Glory >> all true worshippers will one day be glorified. They'll inherit a new heaven and a new earth and join a company of believers and angels in perfect, uninterrupted worship.

A Purpose In Suffering

Suffering is a part of living in a fallen world. Like Job, it can happen for reasons we may never know. But God has a purpose for you that goes beyond the pain you endure. Don't get discouraged by falling for simplistic formulas.
