Yikes...according to Uncle Andy's latest updates...apparently The Mayor have suggested to Miss Chew to take a sabbatical leave...and The Mayor will hire an external consultant to fix our department structure. Apparently, the both of them don't want to do the dirty word...rupa-rupanya...everyone in the department is highly paid vs the work that we are doing...this was the barrier on why the structure cannot be signed-off in the first place...excuse me...this one cannot blame us leh...ya mah...it's the company's fault that don't know how to evolve with times.
It's like - if you have installed self-check-out counters, there will be excess of cashiers around...so, the company's leadership have to upskill these cashiers into other roles lah...ishh...
