Some of us have a tendency to get all wrapped up in our work and we don't really know when to turn it off.
I'm learning that there's time for work and there needs to be time for play as well.
So for those of you who can relate, take time to breath deeply and enjoy the good stuff.
Work will always be there.
It's all about your tribe.
