When it comes to the weekly S&M meeting…if I were Marcus; in order to groom the team…I will rotate Samuel, Mr. Horton’s Secretary and myself to chair the meeting…now, with the revamp slides from Lord Alfonso; Marcus can already present it…previously; Mr. Horton’s Secretary don’t present one, only me…now; both of us have no participation at all…hahaha…just sit down there & do nothing...and Marcus pula is tired…I think Marcus don't know how to delegate or don't want to burden us...either way lah...
