True leadership is not about domination, it’s about building trust and empathy through strong leadership. So be genuine and direct in a first meeting. This will speak volumes about who you are. Natural & spontaneous.
Celtic wants me to lead Wayne…and I think Wayne is ok that I lead Wayne…it’s just that…I know that I don’t carry that leadership weight yet…but I will try. Gambateh!
