TRADE INSIGHTS MANAGER




Set up a brand new trade insight unit for Supermarkets division

Managed Supermarket's forecast to provide the best anticipated view of future performance

Work closely with Finance reporting and Commercial to establish trend and trade insight to help business to understand more on trade performance

Establish trade forecast process within the business to identify business’s opportunities and risks

Provide competitor and market share analysis through market data that drive change in the business

Liaise with Customer Engagement Team to bring together insights from what customer do through Everyday Reward Card to help the business to improve the customer shopping trip

Assist business and Marketing team to identify the key issues & opportunities to formulate the business strategy based on customer behavior and trade pattern

Establish one single database for Marketing department and develop reports which meets the needs of the Marketing teams

Train and coach new trade analyst to establish value of trade insights in Woolworths’s world
