Then, Samuel shared with me this…Samuel got nothing to do every day…just running reports and looking into competitors leaflet…all of the roadshows, events…totally hands-off as they are already park under the Operation Team…I can only say it’s Marcus fault…Marcus knew about it…Marcus ask me whether I have anything to hand over to Samuel…Marcus did not follow-up with me thereafter…Marcus did not assign new portfolio for Samuel…Marcus didn’t do anything…poor delegation…or perhaps the team doesn’t need so much people after all…
