Samuel shared with Mr. Horton's Secretary & myself that this Miss Chew wants to VSS-kan Heidi & Eric...adoi...Miss Chew ask Samuel to take back all of the work from the both of them and Samuel have to do it...remove 1; fine...but to remove 2...I don't know is it that the department structure have to be very lean or this Miss Chew knows how to cut or not...we are really lack of manpower now...if continue cutting...there will be no quality work, all is rushed job, no proper planning, everyone is pushing here & there...and don't want to take up the responsibilities...sigh...
