That's what I want to do...what I want to contribute, the legacy that I may want to set forth...but, I can't delegate, I don't trust 100%, I like to be acknowledged, for people whom I deemed as unfit; I dislike them taking the spotlight from me...people like Tommy, Marcus, Ursula, Stewart; whom I consider leaders with credibility, I do not mind being in their shadows...so, it's me that have to learn to grow, to embrace, to let go, to be not so stubborn, to learn...or maybe; office lunch buddies is indeed hard to be working colleagues...
