Today, bumped into Stephane (before Stephane flies back to Indonesia tomorrow) - found out from Stephane - rupa-rupanya; this Miss Chew told Stephane that Miss Chew do not want to do Trade Plan, don't know how to do Trade Plan and is not a Trade Plan person. Then Stephane also mention, that this Miss Y-C also commented why this Miss Chew like that one...why Miss Chew do not want to learn?
I have to give credit to Miss Y-C. Thus far, Miss Y-C have pick up Trade Plan quite fast, impressive in the execution as well...willing to try, willing to learn, willing to do...
On the surface, Miss Chew's reluctance seems to be a good thing for me...at least, my job is still secure in a way lah...but what if, it is a bad thing for me?
