Intellectual Humility >> the willingness to constantly learn & evolve is key to fit in. The most important, however, would be one’s ability to deal with failure and constantly take constructive feedback – to turn a No into a Yes. This is because evolution and innovation come out of constantly trying, failing and trying again to get it right in order to succeed.
