His Dark Materials

Madame Tussauds Hong Kong – at the bottom of the peak tower on Hong Kong Island, lays the well known Madame Tussauds Wax Museum which is a part of the renowned chain of wax museums founded by Marie Tussaud of France. It is the first and one of the only two permanent Madame Tussauds museums in Asia, the other being the Shanghai branch, which was opened in 2006. The Hong Kong branch houses nearly 100 wax figures of internationally-known personalities, with Asian figures taking up more than a third of the total, of which sixteen were Hong Kongers. The wax figures are featured in a range of themed settings such as Hong Kong Glamour, Music Icons, Historical and National Heroes, The Champions and World Premiere. I took lots of pictures of myself together with these prominent stars from The Beatles to Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp, David Beckham, Tiger Woods, Madonna and many more :) Some wax figures did indeed look real & alive, but some are not. I am immediately struck by the incredible technical work and the absolutely amazing creativity, effort & time that goes into the whole process of creating these figures bit by bit.
